Navigating Difficult Conversations
It is inevitable that you will be engaged in a difficult conversation with a parent. These are tough moments. Parents can often bring strong emotions to the table, and it can be very uncomfortable. It's reasonable for you to feel defensive, angry, or defeated.
However, by having a tool to navigate these discussions, you will feel more in control of the conversation, as well as your own emotional reactions to what may be unfolding.

The result? You can move away from adversary and back to ally.
